Affiliate Disclosure & Advertising Policy

Hey Lullae is a private AI styling concierge and unified boutique checkout platform. We partner with a curated network of independent ateliers, boutiques and contemporary brands. When you secure a piece through our styling recommendations, Hey Lullae earns an affiliate commission on the transaction.

From time to time, Hey Lullae displays advertising and sponsored edits from fashion partners. These placements are clearly labelled and do not change the independent curation you receive from your personal AI concierge.

Unlike a traditional affiliate model, Hey Lullae shares a portion of every affiliate commission back to you as a Curation Dividend credited to your private Wallet. Your share is tiered by membership:

• Edit (free tier) — 20% of Hey Lullae's affiliate commission is returned to your Wallet.
• Atelier (paid tier, R149/mo or R1,609/yr) — 50% of Hey Lullae's affiliate commission is returned to your Wallet.

Your Wallet share can increase beyond the base tier via two transparent, additive mechanisms:

• Wallet Boost — a time-windowed uplift (for example, +10% for 14 days after each completed referral) that stacks on top of your base share. The total stacked share is capped at 60%.
• Bonus Multiplier — a sticky, one-time uplift unlocked by your first successful invited member joining. Once granted, this permanently shifts the platform-to-member split on your future Wallet-eligible transactions.

Your current tier, active boost windows, bonus-multiplier status and lifetime Curation Dividend are always visible from Profile → Wallet.

Curation Dividend balances can be redeemed as vouchers, or as EFT to a verified South African bank account, once your balance reaches the R200 minimum. Full details of the redemption flow, banking consent, and settlement review are set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Hey Lullae's AI concierge curates pieces primarily on the basis of your silhouette, style profile and personal inspiration. Commission rates offered by different boutique partners, and any paid partner placements, are never the ranking factor for what you see; where two comparably matched pieces exist, we surface the one that better fits your profile.
