Messaging Opt In Disclaimer & Consent

I expressly consent to Hey Lullae processing my Personal Information through AI powered styling assistants, interactive chatbots, and automated messaging services for the purpose of providing customer support, administering my membership, responding to my requests, personalising my styling experience, and improving Hey Lullae services. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by changing my communication preferences or contacting the Hey Lullae Information Officer at legal@heylullae.co.za.

You are asked to accept this consent at the points where conversational and automated messaging services begin, including:

• member onboarding, when you create your delivery and styling profile;
• the checkout drawer, before an order is placed;
• the AI concierge, stylist chat and any WhatsApp or chatbot entry point.

The messages you send, the styling requests and garment references you share, your account and membership details, your order and support history, and the technical metadata associated with a request. Where a conversation involves your silhouette or contour photographs, the additional protections described in the Privacy Policy apply.

• providing customer support and responding to your requests;
• administering your membership, orders, returns and refunds;
• personalising your styling, sizing and curation experience;
• improving the quality, safety and accuracy of Hey Lullae services through internal, non public review.

Authorised AI providers, cloud and hosting providers, and communications and workflow providers act as Operators under POPIA and process your information only on Hey Lullae's instructions. Your messages are never sold, and they are not used for third party behavioural advertising.

Concierge and chat transcripts are retained for 30 days and are then deleted or de identified, except where a longer period is required for an order, refund, dispute, security or legal obligation.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by changing your communication preferences in Profile, or by contacting the Information Officer at legal@heylullae.co.za. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out, and it does not stop essential service communications such as order confirmations, delivery updates and security notices. Declining or withdrawing this consent means the AI concierge, chatbot and automated messaging features cannot be provided.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. See the Privacy Policy and the PAIA Manual. All formal requests go to legal@heylullae.co.za.
